Agent Registry
An agent is registered with a purpose, an owner, and an autonomy envelope that says what it may touch and do. Unregistered agents are refused by default; registered agents cannot escalate their own envelope. Mirrors the Alice control-plane registry (role, allowed models, data levels, restrictions) in Nexus vocabulary.

Alice on this site runs over the synthetic Lakeview General Hospital environment. Verdicts, checks, and receipts are computed by the Nexus decision engine on synthetic requests; nothing here is a customer, a patient, or a production deployment. Signed-in organizations see their own agents, decisions, and receipts.
